Add screenshots to your Support tickets

 

Sending screenshots to the Support team can provide further insight into an issue you are experiencing.

Depending on your device, there a few different ways to take a screenshot:


 

On Windows computers:

  1. Click the "Windows Key" + "PrtScn"
    • (The PrtScn key can be found at the top of the keyboard next)
    • This will automatically copy the image
  2. Navigate to the Support ticket you are sending
  3. Paste in the screenshot in the body of your message by clicking "Control" + "V"
  4. Add a text description about the screenshot
  5. Send it!

 

On Apple computers:

  1. Click "Shift" + "Command" + "3"
  2. The screenshot will save to your desktop. Either attach the image to the body of your Support message, or drag-and-drop the image into the message
  3. Add a text description about the screenshot
  4. Send away!

 

On iOS devices:

  1. On the screen where you found an issue, press and hold the device Home and Lock buttons simultaneously
  2. Next, tap your Profile icon, found in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap Help and Feedback
  4. Tap Contact Us, found in the upper-right screen corner
  5. Tap New
  6. Tap the Attachments icon, found in the lower-left corner of the message window
  7. Tap Choose existing, and and select the screenshot from your photos
  8. Add a text description to the Screenshot
  9. Hit Send, found in the upper-right screen corner

 

On Android devices:

  1. Press the Volume down and Lock buttons simultaneously
  2. Next, tap your Profile icon, found in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap Help and Feedback
  4. Tap the 3-horizontal line button, found in the upper-right corner of the screen
  5. Tap Start a Conversation
  6. Tap the Paperclip icon, found in the lower-left corner of the message window
    • If asked to access your photos, tap Allow
  7. Select your screenshot from your photos
  8. Add a text description of the issue
  9. Tap the Send button, found in the lower-right corner of the message window
